So one of my goals is to start watching less TV and start reading more books, I mean who doesn't want to watch less television... BUT... I cannot give up this show. The best part is its based on some interesting science about human facial expressions called the Facial Action Coding System. It's so good it makes me look forward to Mondays. :)
